No. VybEntry is completely free to use. You only pay the 10% platform commission when you successfully sell tickets. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges.

When do I receive my payouts?

Payouts are processed automatically every Friday. Once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of ₦1,000, funds will be transferred to your registered bank account within 2-3 business days.

What happens if a ticket is refunded?

If you issue a refund, the full ticket amount (including our commission) is returned to the customer. The platform fee is not charged on refunded tickets. Refunds are processed automatically through our system.

Can I pass the fees on to customers?

Yes. When setting your ticket prices, you can factor in the platform and payment processing fees. Many organizers price tickets to cover these costs while remaining competitive.

Are the marketing bundles required?

No, marketing bundles are completely optional. You can create and promote events without purchasing any bundles. The bundles are available if you want professional ad campaign support across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Snapchat platforms.

Is there a limit to how many events I can create?

No limits. You can create unlimited events, sell unlimited tickets, and access all platform features regardless of your sales volume. We believe in growing together with you.
